Standard clubs ship within 2-3 business days. Custom orders, including specific loft/lie adjustments or premium grip installations, typically require 7-10 business days for assembly and quality testing before dispatch.
Do you offer a warranty on JD's Clubs gear?
Yes, all our clubs come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering structural defects and workmanship. This does not cover standard wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse.
Can I return a club if I don't like the feel of it?
We offer a 30-day playability guarantee. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for store credit or an exchange. Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to used equipment.
