Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Print Your Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.
- 3.Pack Securely
Place the clubs or gear in their original packaging, ensuring all headcovers and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
After our pro-shop inspects the returned equipment, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
